Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, phone calls, and office documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the workplace is well-stocked and functional.
- Provide general support to team members, including data entry, research, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial documentation is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
