Responsibility

  • Manage and process daily motorcycle sales bookings and ensure data accuracy in the internal system.
  • Coordinate all aspects of vehicle registration documentation to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Department, including filing, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records of sales contracts, customer warranties, and insurance paperwork.
  • Assist sales consultants in preparing client proposals and maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Prepare regular sales administrative reports for management review.
  • Ensure all office administrative tasks are completed in alignment with company policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
