Responsibility
- Manage and organize property-related documentation, including lease agreements, contracts, and tenant records.
- Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, tracking rent payments, and processing invoices.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for property listings, tenant details, and service requests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional and timely responses.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and correspondence for the property management team.
- Support the team in organizing and executing property marketing initiatives and tenant events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or property management role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Indonesia is advantageous.
