Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Assist in preparing bilingual (English/Mandarin) documents and translations as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic email management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
