Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Manage and organize office schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval of information.

Qualifications
