Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist in the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Provide general support to technical teams, including preparing work orders and tracking project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
