Responsibility

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and clients.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and courteous responses.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
