Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, with a customer-focused approach.
- Support the team with event planning, logistics, and coordination for both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment, tracking inventory and managing vendor relationships.
- Provide general support to colleagues and departments as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
