Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff, optimizing calendars for efficiency.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
