Responsibility
- Process and verify financial disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including disbursement summaries, expense tracking, and budget reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documents and support external auditors during financial reviews.
- Manage office administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and correspondence, to support operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track disbursement requests, ensuring timely processing and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide exceptional support to senior management and team members on financial and administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial administration, disbursement processing, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
