Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR, Legal, and Corporate Secretarial teams, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Coordinate corporate secretarial tasks, such as board meeting preparations, minute-taking, and regulatory compliance filings.
- Manage facility-related administrative duties, including vendor coordination, office supply procurement, and workspace organization.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and process efficiency.
- Maintain confidential records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection policies.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding documentation.
- Monitor and track deadlines for legal, HR, and corporate submissions, ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within HR, Legal, or Corporate Secretarial functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sector is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
