Responsibility

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and guest inquiries, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and costs are controlled.
  • Support the finance team by processing expense reports, tracking budgets, and assisting with payroll documentation.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security standards in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or hospitality-related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
