Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as required.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to support daily operations.
- Provide general support to other departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as directed.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit for Indonesia (Bali).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
