Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support to staff.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation as required.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or financial software is a plus.
