Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
- Coordinate and oversee facility management tasks, ensuring a safe and functional workspace.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences from inception to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and construction project support.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for administrative and compliance purposes.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for office and event-related activities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and project teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, office support, or facility management roles.
- Proven experience in event coordination or project support, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and expense tracking is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
