Based in the vibrant Badung region—covering key areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta—you will collaborate closely with the Condo Manager/Assistant Condo Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are executed with precision. Your contributions will directly enhance resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Prepare, type, and distribute all official correspondences, notices, and memos as directed by the Condo Manager or Assistant Condo Manager.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for condominium documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with residents, vendors, and management teams to schedule meetings, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in drafting minutes of meetings (e.g., AGMs, committee meetings) and circulate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Process and track incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for the condominium office.
- Update and manage databases or spreadsheets related to resident information, service requests, and inventory.
- Handle basic financial administrative tasks, such as invoicing, receipt issuance, and expense tracking under supervision.
- Provide front-desk support, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with condominium management software or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
