Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and management.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents as required.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workplace is well-stocked and functional.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
