Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including contracts, reports, and project-related files.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistical support for project managers and executives.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and tracking orders for construction materials.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and project management basics is advantageous.
