Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records in company databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
