Responsibility

  • Manage and track business orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery coordination.
  • Handle billing operations, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
  • Prepare and organize documentation, including contracts, reports, and financial records.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing or inventory-related inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting as required.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, billing, or inventory management roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management tools is a plus.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations is advantageous.
