Responsibility
- Process and track sublease rent invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage collections for outstanding payments and follow up with tenants as needed.
- Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and tracking of Certificates of Insurance (COI) for all relevant parties.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless administrative operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports on invoicing, collections, and insurance status.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for sublease agreements.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and financial tracking.
- Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance (COI) and compliance documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
