Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and archiving.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and office files.
- Coordinate office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory.
- Provide general support to staff and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth inter-departmental communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and basic IT troubleshooting.
