Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
