Responsibility

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Coordinate office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Qualifications
