Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
- Provide general support to team members, including data entry and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial software is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
