Responsibility
- Process and manage sales orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams as needed.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve administrative concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing mail, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate; work permit sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
