Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
- Support HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
