Responsibility
- Manage and organize departmental documentation, including audit reports, tax filings, and client correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Audit and Tax teams.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory documents.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection policies.
- Provide administrative support for audits, including data entry, report compilation, and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in accounting, audit, or tax firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
