Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
