Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Maintain and update company records, both digital and physical.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and equipment is maintained.
Qualifications
