Responsibility
- Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels and resolve any issues.
- Handle customer orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
