Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation and records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
