Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee attendance records using digital and manual systems.
- Organize and manage employee documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and memos.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
