Responsibility

  • Process and manage invoices, receipts, and financial transactions with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, including expense summaries and budget tracking.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements for employees.
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial and administrative inquiries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications
