Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Handle data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars for staff.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or associate degree in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with government administrative procedures and protocols is an advantage.
