As our Admin cum Accounts specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth office operations while managing financial records with precision. Enjoy a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM) with the flexibility of hybrid/remote work, allowing you to balance productivity with Bali’s breathtaking landscapes. Your package includes a basic salary of up to IDR 43,000,000/month, annual performance bonuses, and additional perks like lunch allowances and company-provided transport for on-site days.

Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supplies procurement.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports using accounting software.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external accountants for monthly/annual financial closings and tax filings.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor departmental expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve administrative or financial queries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles (prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws is a plus.
