Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Maintain and update financial records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties and support month-end closing procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders for payment and documentation purposes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
