Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the accounting team in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets as needed.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and executives.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve administrative queries.
- Contribute to improving office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or accounting support role, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
