Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle data entry and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Support payroll processing and employee record management.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions for administrative and financial tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and financial reporting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
