Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and data entry, to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and liaising with internal teams.
- Help organize meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communications.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information and records.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to assist with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in administration, office support, or customer service is advantageous.
