Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders and verify deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing goods using digital and manual systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory status, usage, and requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to maintain quality and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill operational needs and support business activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
