Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and supply inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and secure.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in a multinational company or fast-paced office setting is highly desirable.
