Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier agreements.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for administrative and procurement functions.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or purchasing roles, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles is a plus.
