Responsibility

  • Coordinate and organize training programs, workshops, and events for members and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and high participant satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the program team, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including members, partners, and vendors, to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to increase program visibility and participation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, program coordination, or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with event planning, stakeholder management, or training coordination is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
