Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and team members.
- Maintain and organize company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all resources are available and functional.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a strong sense of integrity.
