Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, by providing administrative assistance and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Organize and maintain company databases, filing systems, and digital records to ensure easy access and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistical support.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to facilitate procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or scientific distribution environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
