Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and community leaders to expand market presence.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and mutual benefits.
- Design, plan, and execute sales promotion programs and activation campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives and promotional activities, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities in Bali to inform partnership and activation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while actively sourcing new collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership status, campaign performance, and ROI for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales activation, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of sales promotion strategies and consumer engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape and local business networks is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
