Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Communicate professionally with Thai-speaking clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payments and bank deposits within the ERP system.
- Monitor aging reports and initiate collection efforts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with internal financial policies and local accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Alabang, Metro Manila.
