Responsibility
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Process invoices, credit memos, and adjustments in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all receivables are accurately recorded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus but not required.
