Responsibility
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights on receivables aging and cash flow.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure billing aligns with services rendered.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare or home care industry billing practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
