Responsibility

  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and credit memos accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights on receivables aging and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure billing aligns with services rendered.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or home care industry billing practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
